This program provides theoretical and practical basic knowledge at graduate level; expertise and professional and supplementary knowledge in Office Management in order to help the graduates have abilities to execute and complete the basic tasks required in office management or work as advisors, helping officials organize and execute office management works. Moreover, graduates also can do research and lecture works in the institution which has office management department and can attend to higher education in this major.
Admission procedures are compatible to regulations of VNU, Hanoi.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduates have thorough theoretical knowledge in the educated major; apprehend the techniques and have practical knowledge to resolve complex tasks; have main knowledge about basic principles; natural and social rules in the educated field, in order to develop comprehension and have ability to continue to the higher education; have knowledge about management, execution, law and environmental protection related to educated major and have particular knowledge and ability in following subjects:
- Remember, understand and can explain the basis of science according to Marx – Lenin, Ho Chi Minh ideology idea and revolution path of Vietnam Communist Party; Defense and Security and other supportive abilities.
- Have basic ability to use at least one foreign language with listening, speaking, reading and writing skills equivalent to level 3 of Vietnam six-level framework for foreign language assessment.
Having leading skills in educated major and proposing emerging issues in appointed missions; good self-orientation and effectively adapting to diverse working environment; constantly self-educating to update researching and working abilities; good abilities to finalize specific issues of related work; excellent skill in planning, coordinating and exploiting collective ideas; excellent possibilities and innovating academic duties at an average level.
- Being conscious of the organizational context and adapting to the requirements of work in diverse organization models such as governmental organization, non-governmental organization, businesses, schools and so on
- Connecting with media in internal organization, developing the organization's culture and achieving suceess in their work.
- Mastering the office’s gadgets for good use of the works.
- Raising ideas on office management’s works and other office duties.- Creatively and flexibly applying knowledge into office management’s works and other office duties.
- Fluently using professional skills of records and archives management
- Actively handling the equipment for work
-Predicting the development trend of records and archives management in integrational period
- Shaping objectives for records and archives management adapt to development trend
