On March 7th, 2018, Vietnam Japan University (VJU) Master's Program in Environmental Engineering and Ritsumeikan University (RU) Research Center for Sustainability Science will organize workshop with topic "Think about Green Building in Vietnam".
This workshop aims to contribute toward commencement of joint research in the participants considering promotion of green building by deepening mutual understanding of the current state of green building in Vietnam and Japanese relating research activities. It will also connect to the development of campus sustainability of Vietnam Japan University in future.

· Current state of green building in Vietnam and challenge to its promotion – Speaker: Takashi Niwa (Partner, Vo Trong Nghia Architects / Founder, Takashi Niwa Architects)
· Rating and certification system of green building in Vietnam – Speaker: Tran Thanh Vu (edeec)
· Research on energy saving and comfortable buildings – Speaker: Myonghyang Lee (RU)
· Creation of regional participating green building – Speaker: Shinsaku Munemoto (RU)
· Design management of rainwater and reclaimed water use for campus sustainability – Speaker: Toshiyuki Shimizu (RU)
The workshop is open to all who is interested in green building in Vietnam.
