HOTEL MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME
I. Standard outcomes of trainning programme
1.1. About knowledge
1.1.1. Understanding interdisciplinary knowledge about economic, political, social, culture and scientific related to applications in hotel business.
1.1.2. Understanding the basic and depth knowledge of hotel management.
1.1.3. Have professional knowledge of teaching and research in the field of hotel business.
1.1.4. Capable of using basic foreign languages skill of listening, speaking, reading and reading equivalent to level 3 under the framework of foreign language competence level 6 for Vietnam.
1.2. Capacity autonomy and responsibility
Ability to guidance in trained professional, major; have the initiative in the process of performing the tasks assigned; capable of self-oriented, adapting to different working environments; self-learning; accumulating knowledge, experience to enhance their professional qualifications; have the ability to make a conclusion about the professional and common operational matter and some technical complex problems; capable of planning, coordinating, promoting collective wisdom; capable of evaluating and improving professional activities in medium size.
2. Standard outcomes of job skills
2.1. Professional skils
Acquiring job skills, have ability to research and discover knowledge in the field of hotel business, have the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical career; creative capacity; develop and lead the changes in hotel business
2.2. Supporting skills
Acquiring personal skills, work in team, ability of management and leadership, communication skills, foreign language skills and other supporting skills.
3. Standard outcomes of moral qualities
Having personal moral qualities, professional ethics and social ethics
